Install an Apple profile

1. Sign in to your dashboard on this Mac and find your VPN credentials.
2. Download the Sweden Apple profile or Sweden alternative Apple profile. Downloads require a signed-in SSTV session, active SSTV access and available VPN credentials. If a download remains temporarily unavailable, contact support before changing network settings.
3. Open the .mobileconfig file. In System Settings → General → Device Management, review and install the SSTV VPN profile. Older macOS versions may call this Profiles.
4. Select SSTV in VPN settings, enter your VPN password if requested and connect.
5. Disconnect in the same settings when finished.

Keep the profile private; it contains your VPN username, VPN password and the shared IPsec key. Do not share or forward the file. Your Mac's administrator password authorizes installation; your VPN password authenticates the connection.

L2TP/IPsec: get the pre-shared key from the dashboard. Your VPN username and password are on the account page. SoftEther uses TCP 992 and hub DEFAULT. The SE and SE1 OpenVPN profiles use UDP 1194; other country profiles use TCP 465 or 443.

1. In System Settings → Network, open the action menu and choose Add VPN Configuration → L2TP over IPSec.
2. Name the service SSTV, use a server above and enter your VPN username as the account name.
3. In authentication settings, enter your VPN password and the shared secret from your configurations.
4. In Options, enable Send all traffic over VPN connection when available. Save and connect.
