Before you start
- Sign in to the dashboard and check that your access is active.
- Open configurations for current servers, downloads and settings.
- For VPN, use the VPN username and password shown in the dashboard. They can differ from your website sign-in.
- For Proxy or SmartDNS, register the public IPv4 address of the network you will use. Do this with VPN and other proxies turned off, from a device on the same router.
Signing in does not register your current IP automatically. Use the controls in the dashboard. Update again after your connection's public IPv4 changes.
After setup
Follow Check your connection. A saved configuration, registered IP or connected VPN indicator is only part of the check. Test from the device and application you intend to use.
